Mentioned again by United Pole Artists in the 2015 article, The Anatomy of A Platform Heel, as one of their "favorite heeled dancers" with the "ability to make heel movement something ethereal", she views the heel as an extension of the leg, that can elongate lines, and aid in creating intricate tracing patterns and illusions.

Yes! 5 years and a combination of trial and error and techniques learned from some of the best in the business, Rachele will give you the tools to make your lines long, lean, and clean. Through a combination of strengthening supporting muscles, increasing active flexibility, and stretching to elongate, Rachele will assess where you are on the continuum and give you a custom program.
Training the majority of her pole work alone in her home studio, Rachele knows it can be difficult to stay motivated. Especially when it comes to strengthening and conditioning, it's nice to have not only a set of eyes holding you accountable, but ensuring correct form. Each exercise she'll give you has a progression; so when you've mastered part a you can increase the difficulty by moving onto part b, etc.
